Simplified S Lift under Tumescent local anesthesia was performed. Skin was removed in the form of an S. Plication of SMAFS ( Superficial Musculo-Aponeurotic Fatty System ) was carried out at 3 levels. upper, mid and lower levels. Lower level also involved the neck platysma muscle. Closure was performed using 3/0 3 stitches and 6/0 continuous stitches. Stitches were removed after 10-14 days. Before and after pictures are shown.
