Dear Editor-in-Chief, We deeply regret and remorse the passing away of colleague, cosmetic surgeon and the co-pioneer of liposuction surgery, Dr.Pierre Fournier, MD ( Fig 1 ), and Sra.Raquel Hernandez-Perez, an exemplary woman, in the field of cosmetic surgery, and wife of the one of the founding father of mega-liposuction Dr.Enrique, Hernandez-Perez, MD, American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, my teacher, a great friend, examiner of The American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and past president of The College Of Ibero-Latin-American Dermatology.
