Introduction
We continue to receive large number of patients requesting gender re-assignment surgery from female to male1-3. The first and foremost operation in these cases is the breast reduction from female to male type. We start testosterone injections and oral therapy in these cases, which they continue to take for variable months, depending on their progress. After 3-4 months of therapy, we proceed with liposuction of the breasts, incases with moderately enlarged breasts and those having good skin tone and elasticity.
