Introduction: A number of techniques have been used for penile reconstruction over the years. These include local labial flaps, abdominal flaps, leg flaps, flaps from the upper back, forearm flaps etc. Microsurgical techniques are used with remote flaps. These techniques involve general anesthesia, are complicated, with flap failure happening in a number of cases. There may be partial or total flap failures. We describe a simple technique under modified tumescent local anesthesia ( Khawajas Formulas ) for penile reconstruction.
