Surgical forehead lift can result in a number of complications. High frontal hair-line, hair loss, temporary forehead lag, spot necrosis, surface depressions, wide scars, hematoma, necrosis, lagophthalmos, infection, changes in facial expression, scalp numbness, paresthesias, itching, and post-operative frontal headache as a result of intra-operative stretching of supratrochlear, and supraorbital nerves can take place.1 The author has devised a simple, quick, and non-invasive technique of eyebrow lift using the Keith needle, and prolene 3/0 sutures. Keeping the same technique in mind, with some modification, plus lifting also the central glabella, the whole of forehead is lifted non-surgically.
