The evolution and creation of simple cosmetic & reconstructive techniques, simplified turgid anesthesia and no-cut surgical advancement techniques have been the benchmark of our practice for decades. I made advancements not only in the local anesthesia, to make it more simple, safe and effective for the patients, but also in the surgical technique, where we don’t cut, but separate and spread in a bloodless field.
