The history of fat transfer dates back to 1893, when Neuber, removed small pieces of fat from the upper arm, and implanted them into a depressed area of the face.1 For the last three decades, the popularity of fat transfer has crescended, as a result of the advent of liposuction, and availability of large amounts of fat for transfer. Several techniques have been used by different authors from time to time, but the results of fat transfer, especially long term results, have remained controversial, with absorption rates varying from 0-100%, in different anatomic areas.2- 6 Recently, the authors have used the «Quick Fat Transfer» technique, which has superior aesthetic long lasting results, than any of the previously described techniques.
